Asserting yourself and getting what you want out of life requires confidence. For this benefit alone women should become martial art practitioners.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Training in martial arts helps improve mood and emotional well-being. The workouts are multi-dimensional. Some of it is physical, mental, or emotional and they all lead to feeling better in your own skin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stress is vented out through the unique exercises you learn. Others find peace and serenity in the breathing and stretching movements.
